Singpass Face Verification (SFV) Pricing Plan
Since 2020, Singpass Face Verification (SFV) has been piloted for use by selected relying parties. During this period, usage was provided at no cost to allow agencies and organisations to explore and evaluate its effectiveness.
As we look to expand the availability of SFV to more services and ensure the long-term sustainability of the product, a formal pricing plan will be introduced starting from 1 Jan 2026. This will support continued investment in security, performance, and feature enhancements.
SFV charges will apply only if your service mandates SFV as a third-factor (3FA).

Notes:
- Login and Myinfo unit price based on tiered pricing and Standard/Plus differential pricing (applicable for Myinfo).
- SFV transactions will be billed in addition to any charges incurred from using the Myinfo or Login flows for your e-services.
- Only Successful SFV transactions will be billed.
