Pricing Examples

The pricing tiers are progressive.


This means that the rate for each tier only applies to the number of transactions within that specific range — not to the entire transaction volume.


Example 1: Singpass Login - 160,000 transactions


Company A has 3 Singpass Login e-services. They have the following login transaction volumes for a given month:

  • E-service A: 60,000 login transactions
  • E-service B: 50,000 login transactions
  • E-service C: 50,000 login transactions

The total number of Singpass Login transactions for Company A in that month is 160,000.

  • E-service A: 20,000 Myinfo Standard transactions
  • E-service B: 25,000 Myinfo Standard transactions
  • E-service C: 45,000 Myinfo Plus transactions

Total transactions:

  • Myinfo Standard = 20,000 + 25,000 = 45,000 transactions
  • Myinfo Plus = 45,000 transactions

  • E-service A: 50,000 Login Transactions (AAL2)
  • E-service B: 40,000 Login Transactions (with SFV/AAL3)

Total transactions:

  • Singpass Login = 50,000 + 40,000 = 90,000 transactions
  • SFV = 40,000 transactions

Total transactions:

  • Myinfo Standard = 6,000 + 2,000 = 8,000 transactions
  • SFV = 2,000 transactions
